Blue Faced Leicester fleece locks - 100g

The fleece of the Blue faced Leicester is soft and has tight but lustrous curly locks which are great for adding texture to spinning and feltmaking.They're smaller in length than the better known Wensleydale locks and can add a different scale to projects. The fleece cards, spins, felts and dyes well.

The washed fleece is from a Blue Faced Leicester ewe and has been hand washed to preserve as much of the curls as possible. Every care has been taken but please be aware it may contain a very small amount of organic matter.
