Palm washboard wet felting tool

Available in the UK, imported from America with all import duties and taxes already paid. The Palm Washboard was developed at Heartfelt Silks in Stillwater, Minnesota (patent pending). Made from native American hardwoods (so colours vary from item to item), the washboard is sealed and has 3 coats of a two part epoxy. The size is 5 inches across and about 1.75 inches tall. It comes with instructions and mesh netting.
