This is a Tahkli spindle made from a Yorkshire replice 'penny' inscribed 'Where There's Muck There's Brass' on the underside..They're made from a coin that was a prize for children from the bank. Note that the points of these are very sharp and we recommend using only a ceramic or glass bowl for support. Weight: 14g Length of spindle: 8.25"/21cm
