Ordering and delivery
Discounts (excl. postage costs)
A 10% discount will automatically be applied at checkout to orders containing over £150 of fibres. All other products are not eligible for discount.
Orders
We're happy to take orders online, by post, email (enquiries@adelaidewalker.co.uk) or by phone on 01943 830600 Monday to Friday. If we’re not available or it’s a weekend please leave a message and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible. Don’t forget to include your phone number!
Delivery
UK - Orders under 1.8kg will usually be sent by first class post, and if received before 11am Monday, or 11:30am Tuesday to Friday, will be sent the same day. Later orders will be sent on the next working day. Heavier orders may be sent by courier, and may take up to 4 working days to arrive, although many arrive more quickly. If your order is very urgent, please give us a call; we can arrange next day delivery on request .
No responsibility is accepted for delay or non-delivery caused by fire, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, force-majeur, government control or requisition, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Please note: We are unable to send to PO Box numbers.

*Smaller items and some (but not all) books can be sent as Large Letters rather than Parcels - our system will calculate the cost automatically.
Orders over £300 receive free postage (conditions may apply)
International Destinations
All international orders with the exception of Ireland will be sent by Tracked/Signed Airmail to avoid the loss of parcels. The price will be calculated automatically at checkout.
If a delivery cost is not automatically calculated, you will have the option to 'Request A Delivery Cost'. Or you can contact us before placing an order and we will supply a quote for delivery.
Duties and taxes
The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes or handling fees applicable on the goods ordered. This will vary from country to country and should be checked before placing your order.
