To buy the fibres of your choice simply click on the add to basket buttons, postage will automatically be calculated on the weight of your fibres and destination. You can register an account with us so that you don’t need to enter your personal details each time (we do not store card details) or checkout as a guest. When you go to the checkout payment can be made by Paypal, either using your account or by entering your card details directly.
Please ensure you have sufficient funds available in your PayPal account. If not, you may face charges from PayPal itself to process the order. Adelaide Walker cannot be held responsible for charges made by PayPal for reasons relating to your account.

We’re still happy to work with paper mail. Please remember to include your full name, address and contact details along with your cheque (UK only) or card details (and order number if appropriate).

Delivery
UK - Orders under 1.2kg will be sent by first class post, normally within 1 working day of placing your order. Heavier orders will be sent by courier, and will take up to 4 working days to arrive.
If your order is very urgent, we can arrange next day delivery on request .
Non UK - Our standard charges listed below are for delivery by airmail or courier.
We can also handle larger orders : you can either enter your order online and select 'Request delivery cost' on checkout, or get in contact by phone or email. In both cases we'll confirm a delivery cost with you and you can then decide whether to go ahead with your order.
No responsibility is accepted for delay or non-delivery caused by fire, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, force-majeur, government control or requisition, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Please note: We are unable to send to PO Box numbers.
