Globe palm washboard wet felting tool

We are the UK supplier of palm washboard so all import duties and taxes have already been paid. The Globe has the standard easy to hold handle, is approximately 4" tall, 10" circumference and is perfect for working inside 3D items like vessels, bags and hats. It's a handmade item so sizes may vary slightly and the woods will differ from globe to globe.
