OCTOBER NEWSLETTER
I love the colours of autumn and definitely find it inspiring. There are two places left on the felted notebook cover workshop this coming Saturday 10th October in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. Why not come and use all this colourful inspiration whilst making a notebook cover. Just £60, all fibres and equipment included.
We have two new blends this month. Freshwater is inspired by the colours of freshwater trout. It's Merino and South American wool with nepps and it spins up beautifully, but would also look stunning in wet felted landscapes. Bayou is lush 100% Shetland wool in blues and green with a splash of purple. Also new is hot fix angelina in silver, just in time for all those seasonal projects. The band weavers amongst you will be delighted to learn that the Ashford Inkle and Inklette loom carry bags have arrived.
Our British wool Fibre Advent is flying out and there are now just a few left. They are available to preorder and will be posted out at the beginning of November. The price has been held again at just £75 including free UK postage. We've also restocked and extended our selection of books to include, amongst others, Nuno Felting by Vivienne Morpeth, a sorely missed and recently deceased member of our regional feltmakers association.
