Wensleydale Curls - Washed Fleece 25g

A  black fleece with a range of browns right through to caramel tones. Sourced from a farm in Barnard Castle, Yorkshire. This is "Olive's" first clip.
Brilliant for adding texture to your projects and is highly sought after by spinners and felt makers. It's a British long wool with some lustre. Wensleydale is a rare breed sheep.

The fleece has been carefully hand washed to preserve the curls. It turns out Olive has been rather a mucky sheep so some small areas may need further washing.
